Tumble Clinics: M/T/W/Th 8-9pm
Co-ed, ages 6-17. This 60 minute session is ideal for cheerleaders and dancers of all levels as well as recreational gymnasts who are looking for instruction and practice of skills like cartwheels, front/back walkovers, front and back handsprings, front and back tucks, tumbling series and aerial skills. Beginner to advanced students are welcome and instruction will be tailored to fit the individual's needs.
In order for us to schedule the appropriate number of coaches, we ask that participants sign up at least 24 hours in advance. HGA reserves the right to cancel a clinic if we don't have at least 3 students signed up.
Membership and Pre-registration is required
Our membership fee is $35 and lasts for 1 year. To become a member, a legal guardian must open an account with us and purchase a membership. Once a member, just call the office and schedule your athlete for a clinic at least 24 hours in advance or up to a month in advance. Each session is $10 upon check in, cash only.
Dress Code
DO wear: hair tied up out of face, leotard or fitted tank/tee that covers midriff and chest completely, bare feet or cheer shoes, and sweatpants, leggings or shorts that cover the bottom fully.
DON'T wear: just a sports bra or crop top, see through clothing, baggy clothing, socks, jewelry, hoodies, hats, low cut tops, jeans/jean shorts.
Viewers
Are welcome!...Anyone 17 or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Absolutely no "sideline coaching" is permitted. Our experienced staff is vetted, background checked, trained and certified above and beyond industry standards. Our staff are the ONLY ones permitted to coach during our clinics.
No Show Policy
In the event that you cannot attend a clinic you are scheduled for, please give our office a call or email to notify us by 4pm the day of. This allows us the opportunity to offer anyone on a waitlist the chance to have your spot. If you "no show" (fail to cancel by 4pm) you will be expected to pay for your missed clinic before you can participate in another. Thank you in advance for the courtesy of "calling off" and allowing someone else to have your spot!
Punch Card
With each paid visit, you will receive a punch in your punch card at check in. Turn in your full punch card of 10 visits for a free clinic!
